Hi all, have often visited the Malta Drag Racing Site to see whats going on, and very impressed with the scene.

Seriously considering moving Race Car and myself over to Malta and would like to get any advice on the Good and Bad points, requirements etc.

Been a Drag Racer in the UK for 18+ years, and primarily a Ford Fan. Have raced at the three main UK tracks, Santa Pod, Shakespeare County and York Raceway. Proud to have campaigned a Historic UK Ford Powered rear engine Dragster, in the RACMSA Sportsman Super Pro Class and earlier in Mod ET, along with the Nostalgia Wild Bunch Club.

As you can imagine, weather plays a big part in the racing scene here, or should I say Rain Offs, so better weather is a bonus......

Rented Accomodation and Storage/Workshop facilities for the Race Car & Trailer 7m length would be needed. Shared Storage/Workshop would be considered. As would any other ideas be considered.

Am looking to visit in the next few months to get a lay of the land.
Any advice on legal/government requirements etc would be appreciated.
