Dear Jason,
Is there any chance to fix somthing about the day which the cars can do the running in, as it is a big problem for me because from 4 till 8 is very hard for me. I have to open the shop at 5 and I will not manage for such as short time.

By the way great job for the last event, it wasn't your fault that the event didn't finish. There was too much races and for next year we have to find a solution. Maybe you will have to do the event based in 3 days as cars always are increasing.

i fully agree with you regarding last event ,and also apreciate that members like you realised what the problem was ,i say we either do it on a 3 day basis or we will have to decrease the races ,anyway that will be a problem for next years comitee to solve as we will not have any problems the next two events as we will have enough time

regarding the running in ,in a members meeting the members wanted that only thursdays from 4.00 to 8.00 will be available for testing, running in etc
i fully understand your position but thats what the members wanted
